Gefallen: The communication prior to arriving was excellent. Eva was there to greet us and show us the workings of the apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful, built in the 70's ist still retains its original charm, high ceilings, large windows and beautiful terazzo floors. The views from the balcony and living room are stunning. Eva was on hand the whole time to answer any question. The master bedroom is specious with the most comfortable bed. The second bedroom is small but comfortble enough. We'd certainly stay again if back in Paralio Astros

Nicht gefallen: There was not much we didn't like. The bathroom is still the original but Eva has plans to renovate it soon to make it more spacious.

Gefallen: Very close to restaurants and cafés, and within walking distance of the beach for swimming. It also has an excellent view. The owner is very hospitable and kind. Gefallen: We had a fantastic experience with the accommodation, as well as with the reception and hospitality of the staff. The house has an amazing view, is very comfortable, very clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a very quiet yet central area. I highly recommend it without any hesitation!!

Gefallen: Η διαμονή μας στο Elmar House ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, προσεγμένος μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα βασικά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, γεγονός που έκανε τη μετακίνησή μας ιδιαίτερα άνετη και πρακτική. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στην άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και τη ζεστή φιλοξενία. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση, ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Gefallen: Elegant deco, excellent location, spectacular views of the bay, the household had everything we needed to make our stay effortless. Very easy to park on the street. The hostess was lovely and super helpful

Gefallen: Excellent location near the restaurants, bars and other services. The host (EVA) was excellent. She was always available to provide useful information on the area, restaurants, bakeries and anything we inquired about. She also provided cleaning services on a timely basis.

Gefallen: The place was very spacious, comfortable, bright, super clean with a great view. The beach as well as many restaurants and bars, supermarket etc is 5 minute walk. Eva is a great hostess, she is very friendly and caring, always available for her guests and giving great tips for food and beaches in the area! I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday near the sea!
