Gefallen: The villa was great. Spacious, clean, great communication from the host. Great kitchen amenities, dishwasher, many toilets and showers. Towels and bedding was clean, jacuzzi was working and temperature perfect. There's a coffee machine, plenty of cooking utensils, and air con works as a heater for colder days - heats up the place real quick.

Nicht gefallen: Dampness is consuming properties real quick - It is visible on the walls, paint. The pictures showed a villa with a sea view, to our surprise only another house was visible from the pool. No gym, which was shown in the pictures. The sauna's flooring was broken so it is a surprise no one cut their foot. The build of the outdoor terrace upstairs is poor - many nails hanging on the edge, easy to get a cut or a scratch too. Outdoor pool was really cold but it's due to weather.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and luxurious amenities that the villas. Each evening, we gathered as a family to watch the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky in vibrant shades of orange and pink. It was the perfect backdrop for relaxation and family bonding, and we cherished every moment spent there. Inside the villa, the heated indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and us the Sauna. They loved splashing around, while we enjoyed the comfort of the spacious living areas. The villa was impeccably designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Maltese charm. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms that felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, too! Just a short drive from local attractions, we were able to explore the beautiful beaches, historic sites, and vibrant culture Malta has to offer. What truly stood out was the outstanding service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always available to assist with any requests we had. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you Victoria 🙏 In summary, our stay at Maltese Luxury Villas was nothing short of spectacular. If you’re looking for a luxurious, family-friendly getaway in Malta, look no further. We can’t wait to return and create more beautiful memories in this stunning paradise! Highly recommend!

Gefallen: The living area and main terrace were lovely Victoria the manager of the property was fabulous

Nicht gefallen: The fact the photos on booking.com did not match the villa. The villa was clearly lovely when it was built 7 years ago but has been neglected ever since The piles of packaging, both empty and full outside and inside the property. Broken tiles in the outside area leading up to the villa The pool mosaic tiles were falling off the pool in abundance The decking area by the pool was very misshapen and I was glad we had no young children as it would have been dangerous Shower door missing Jacuzzi did not work ( but was fixed immediately ) No hot water in the kitchen ( took 48 hours to fix) Broken glass on the terrace. Cigarette butts stuffed in strange places The man who said he was not the owner was completely unprofessional and had excuses ( many ridiculous ) for all the short comings of the villa

Gefallen: The villa is beautiful and with all modern facilities. It is set in a quiet part of Mellieha with about 20 minutes walk to the centre of the town uphill. The beach is slightly further away, about 40 minutes walk downhill but we used Bolt to get around when we didn't want to walk. It's quick and affordable to use. Our host, Victoria, is outstanding - friendly, smiley and nothing was a bother to her. She welcomed us into the villa, showed us around and gave us few tips about Mellieha and how to get around (hence using Bolt). She was always available to make outlr stay as comfortable as needed. Would definitely stay again in the future. Loved it!

Gefallen: Victoria was super communicative and flexible. Happy to let us check in slightly earlier, allowed us to keep our luggage in her office between checkout and our flight. Facilities were excellent, was worried it was a scam but I can confirm it definitely is not. It's just as good as the photos.

Gefallen: Fantastic pool and indoor jacuzzi/steam room/pool table. Loads of space to spread out in. Amazing views. Victoria was really helpful and accommodating. Didn’t want to leave!
