Gefallen: Close enough to the fun. Full kitchen, tv, internet.

Nicht gefallen: Wasn't allowed to keep windows and doors open so it was hot. Fans were provided so that was good. Other residents smoked in the halls so that wasn't pleasant. The room was 100% odor free.

Gefallen: The location of apartment was good just a 15 min walk to central station. The staff was super friendly and welcomed us very politely. They even allowed us to leave bags in apartment after check out.

Nicht gefallen: Washroom had many issues from broken flush panel to sink water not draining which was very inconvenient. There was no lock on washroom door. Kitchen hob knobs were dirty and the panel under kitchen cabinets was broken. There were bugs in rooms. All the fans were broken and not working without making sound. There were no sockets next to bed for charging devices

Nicht gefallen: the property advertised laundry and it did not have any laundry on location. they would only as a service take laundry to a laundromat. i feel this was false advertising by the owner. it should be written and clear. the apartment was dirty, stains on sofa, marks on wall, floor dirty as feet turned black when walking on it. we asked for our money back and did not get it. worn out (old chairs table sofa , apartment for what we paid and poor value compared to other stays around major cities in switzerland. representative did offer to move us to another larger location the next night, but we were too exhausted to repack and move again.

Gefallen: We stayed in the three-bedroom apartment as a group of seven. The location was excellent, with easy access to Lucerne’s attractions, public transport and shops, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Nicht gefallen: Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing and requires significant maintenance and attention. The main dining table was unstable and appeared to be falling apart. Several of the dining chairs did not feel safe to sit on, and the dining room light fitting was loose and unstable, creating a safety concern. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, and there was visible rust on the bathroom door, giving the apartment a tired and poorly maintained appearance. The bedroom door was also broken and needs repairing. As we stayed during summer, there were not enough fans to keep everyone comfortable. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a three-bedroom apartment accommodating seven people, only one key was provided, which was extremely inconvenient when members of our group wanted to do different activities. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with insufficient utensils, cookware and cooking equipment for a group our size. The balcony was dirty, and the outdoor furniture was old, dirty and rickety and really needs replacing.

Gefallen: Spacious and cooling beside a mini forest for apartment number 7. We slept four comfortably but the apartment can stay up to 8 people as they have two additional sofa beds!

Nicht gefallen: Oven’s hob was not working and lighting outside the main entrance of the building was not working so when we went back at night is very scary.

Gefallen: The property is clean, central location and the host was helpful and responsive. Close to amenities.

Nicht gefallen: Really tired property and very basic. Bins at the entrance, dated furniture and decor. Only 1 towel per person, no hand towel each. A sign to say if we didn’t wash up we would be charged, which had the hostel vibes about it. A very odd laundry room and a room permanently open which was derelict with wooden storage units. We had travelled around France and Italy staying at multiple hotels and apartments and this was the most expensive and the absolute worst. I don’t think you can describe this as an apartment. Bedsit at best.
