Gefallen: Красива стара сграда с хубави общи части. Местоположението е супер - квартал Прати до реката. На пешеходно разстояние до почти всичко, което туриста иска да види. Апартаментът е просторен, има всичко необходимо за пребиваване. Домакинът Макс е приятен и услужлив, дори беше пуснал климатиците без да сме го помолили предварително и беше оставил стек с вода в хладилника. Страхотно попадение, пак бихме гостували.

Gefallen: Absolutely everything was perfect! The apartment is spotless, spacious and has everything (and more) that you could need. AC in every room, fully equipped full size kitchen with a washing machine, stocked on everything from coffee capsules (nespresso) to spices and condiments. Very big rooms that fit up to 5 people comfortably. There is a home office area. The pullout bed in the living room is a queen size! Ample storage. There is an ironing station, a hairdryer, a mosquito repellent and even an emergency kit. One of the few places with multiple sets of keys and plenty of pillows. The mattresses were also very comfy. Everything little thing was thought of. The apartment is located on a lively street, about 10 mins from a metro station(Lepanto) and 3mins from a bus station(Piazza Cavour). There is a bar, a supermarket and a gelateria nearby. Castel Sant'Angelo is about 10 mins by foot, The Vatican and the historical centre - around 20. The noise cancellation is excellent (which is not the fact in many places in Italy). The Wifi is super fast, which is a lifesaver, given the poor cell reception typical for Rome (high, stone buildings that are close together are not great for signal). Max, the host, was very frinedly and helpful. He replied promptly to every question, fulfilled all our requests and was waiting for us for check in, having cooled the apartment beforehand which was so nice in the 38C degree weather.

Gefallen: Tout d'abord l'accueil de Max, qui nous attendait comme prévu devant la résidence, sa disponibilité et gentillesse. Super résidence ancienne avec cours intérieur et belle appartement spacieux et confortable. Proche commodités, restaurant, bar, épicerie. Et surtout à courte distance des principaux points d'intérêts. Nous avons tout fait à pieds et ça c'est génial!

Nicht gefallen: Rien sauf peut-être trop de touristes....la rançon de magnifiques endroits.

Gefallen: Location and all the facilities - can walk easily to main attractions ..we even walked to Spanish Steps! There's something to see along the way wherever you go. Rooms are of generous size including bathroom and has balconies.Has lovely decor and a pillar in the living room which we liked.Beddings very clean. Enjoyed the coffee that was already there and were grateful for water bottles on arrival! Easy to go out for nightlights and around St Peters Basilica or little night market along the river too. Max was so lovely and was there to show us our rooms on arrival. REALLY recommend taking the shuttle bus to and from Airport which cost 6.11€ only and is like may be 10 minute away from accomodation.We took two trains to get there as we did not know before. Book this accommodation if anyone is still thinking !

Gefallen: The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is quiet and has everything you need. It's not far from the center and you can walk there. The host was very kind.

Nicht gefallen: The bathroom design is classic and beautiful, although we would have preferred more modern showers with more pressure. The check-out time at the accommodation is very early. It didn't affect us because we had a flight to catch, but I still think it's something that could be improved.

Gefallen: Everything. Perfect location, still calm, good bedding. The apartment is large, cosy and Max was vers helpful and welcomed us late when we arrived. I recommend.
